Back in October, a 23-year old female OnlyFans creator from England named Lilly Phillips went viral for having intercourse with 100 men in one day. There is a YouTube documentary out now delving into her experience. In the documentary, Ms. Phillips expresses an uncertainty in this undertaking, citing: “Its not for the weak girls if I’m honest, it was hard”. Phillips also seems very emotional near the end of the documentary, shedding tears and appearing upheaved. Many users across social media platforms express their concerns and pity for the young woman, many of whom saying that she seems traumatized, lost her soul and is in needed of divine intervention. In contrary with the outpour of sorrows, Ms. Phillips now wants to embark on a world-record breaking endeavor in January, having sex with now 1,000 men in one day. There is a current casting call seeking out male participants.
(Lisa Sparks, an adult film actress, currently holds the world record of having sex with 919 men in one day back in 2004. To note, Ms. Sparks seems to express regret for her endeavor, citing: “To be completely transparent with you all; this event is the one thing I regret doing in the 23+ years in the porn industry to this day. This was also the ONLY job I agreed to perform strictly for the money”. )
Quote found from Ms. Sparks website.
Many feminists have condemned the men who have participated in the first act, and I am to assume they feel the same (if not even more outraged) by the upcoming second escapade. While also expressing desires for outright bans on pornography and sex work, also equating Ms. Phillips emotional state to a victim of sexual violence. Detractors of feminism use this situation as evidence that the feminist movement promotes this kind of behavior and damages young woman.
Here is my take on everything, if you care to know:
As with most things in life, two or more things can be true:
- Ms. Phillips is a sympathetic case-study of porn-rotted minds and sexual depravity. One fish in a sea of millions.
- Ms. Phillips is not a victim and her victimization is distasteful to women who face human trafficking and sexual predators on a daily basis.
Pornography and its collision upon the Earth have definitely irradiated the minds of men and have subdued women, entertainers and the ordinary alike to the unrealistic and the exaggerated, pipelining dangerous delusions of what sex “should” be. “Throat Goat” and “My Best Eater” are job titles that every female should strive for, reducing women to just body parts or biological actions. I’m pretty sure the men who participated in this “race” of sorts viewed Ms. Phillips as nothing more than a hyper-realistic blow-up doll (it even has a pulse!). Using my third-grade education here, 100 divided by 24 is four and some change. So, if even what Ms. Phillip accomplished so far is really true, minute men are absolute. They probably didn’t even bother to learn know her age and/or health status. A quick stick, like a vaccine she was to them. Just think, Ms. Phillips is left to stand before Peter, while these men sink back into society, unknown and unscathed.
What holds my conscience back from 100% giving Ms. Phillips my grace is the foreboding pivot this young lady will take. The pipeline from pornstar to patriot seems inevitable through her tears, she will blame feminism for why she acted in such a manner, while simultaneously hide behind it. Yes, having sex with a hundred men, one every four minutes on average, would be traumatic for any woman because its simply a twisted act of greed. But to victimize her is absolutely ridiculous, disgraceful to SA survivors and giving detractors more ammunition to hurl “feminism bad” blabber around. I have a working theory on the sexuality of white women (the race of Ms. Phillips) contrasted with the sexuality of black women that must be explained in-depth at another time. But, if Ms. Phillips was a black woman who slept with 100 guys, let’s just say the cape would not have been extended so far to her as it did Ms. Phillips. Slurs we never even heard of would fill every post about the matter on X. And, lets not act as if Ms. Phillips is not doing this for the bag. Lets not act like this documentary is more than a way to advertise her OnlyFans. Lets not act like, even if unknowingly, she is not facilitating trauma unto herself, which in further puts those forced into abhorrent acts further down a living hell.
I wish her well. But she must come to terms on her own, certainly not for us to decided.
When I first started writing, I knew I wanted to center my topics around womanly discussions. A 22-year old was going to be the champion of the second sex. Now at 24, (a year older than Ms. Phillips to note), I found myself to not fit in liberal feminism or radical feminism alike. Since both in my opinion have arguably lost the plot. Radical feminists are right usually twice a day, while liberal feminists, twice a year.
